As  the SPEEDBALLS  began pulling into thier parking spots  & unloading for the day, Mike Yucha & Mel come cruising up on Raptors . Mike & Mel are locals who have become SPEEDBALL regulars the last few months & who have shared with us numerous new trails & other ways to get around the Shamokin area.

Before long everyone has thier OVR's gassed up & gear on &  16 adventerous souls are headed out into the mountains of Pa. to create  a MAJIC moment in thier lives & share in  the exploits of the East Coast Speed Balls as we embark on another " GREAT ADVENTURE " .

Once clear of  civilization , the pace picks up & before long its  SPEEDBALL time!!!! HA! HA!  Being an SBO ride , it doesn't take long for the ORV fanatics to begin to challange one another for the same spot of the trail , as they DIVE into corner after corner , hoping to outbrake or outpower the nearest quad for a position closer to the front !!! HA! HA! This is FUN!!!!!! Most of the folks involved in this type of bar banging are towards the front half of the group & never involve anyone who's not game for this more aggressive type of riding.  David & Jeff riding Yamaha TTR-225 dirt bikes ,  soon realize that keeping up with the frenzied pace of the Speedballs on quads is going to be next to impossible! Being such a large group & alot of  first time  Speedballer's , Speedy Racer is riding his 2002 Grizzly to act as support vehicle , since who knows what can happen on the trail, with all these sport quads?
