Yorkie & Aimee had a glorious week at the Glamis Dunes in California while we were freezing off our butts off in Frackville, Pa. ! LOL! Aimee did most of the driving , while the firefighter from New York City caught up on a few ZZZZZZZZZZZZ's. She drove FORTY TWO straight hours to get there! BUT once confronted with the WONDEROUS beauty of it all , they BOTH said it was worth the drive!
During the week, they had the dunes ALL to themselves other then a few scorpions & rattle snakes seen sleathering across the sand. Once the weekend came , the dunes were inundated with motorized vehicles of all kinds!!!!!!! WHAT freaked Yorkie out the most was seeing some ckick come blasting by him on some RADICAL quad at warp speed , with enough horse power & skills to SMOKE every guy in sight! Here at Glamis , EVERYONE is BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL!!!!! Leave your EGO at home!!!!
After a whole week of enjoying the sights & sounds , Yorkie told me IF he had the chance , time & money , he'd go back NO LESS than a THOUSAND times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MUST BE A GREAT PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to thank Yorkie & Aimee for sharing the photos with their fellow Speedball's of their wonderous winter vacation to the Glamis Dunes! If I had the time & money , I'd load up my quad & head there NOW!!!!! YAHOOOOOOOOOO!
