FIRST RIDE OF 2004 Continues! |

After exploring a few very tight & technical trails near Hazelton, Pa. the Speedball's head south to refuel at a gas station near an exit ramp off of I-81 south & BLAST off in true Speedball fashion ! VAROOOOOOOM!!! After ALOT of bar banging & the front pack fighting for EVERY position at every turn & having rocks & mud flying in all directions, the Speedball's roar into the Exxon station! BOY, what FUN!!!!! All fuel guages are either flashing or on reserve! Before long , we're refueled , refreshed & headed off across the mountains towards Pottsville, Pa. & Wendy's to feed our faces & rejuvinate our bodies for a late afternoon ride! YEHAAAAAAAAA!
Joe, Brian , Tom & Sonny ride the back of the pack for the most part , while Chris, Mike & Jim bang bars & rub plastic across mountain after mountain enroute to Pottsville, Pa.. Speedy picks up the pace as the weather clears & before too long we are in FULL Speedball mode! ONCE AGAIN!!!!! YEHAAAAAAAAA! The threesome behind Speedy are so busy jockeying for trail position , that at LEAST ten times one of the three SLAMS into Speedy's Grizzly & rattles Speedy's teeth as he either slows for a trail obstacle or to make a sharp turn & head off in a new direction! Thank goodness for Ryan's Fab custom rear race bumper!!!!!! LMAO!!!!!
After crossing the mountain above Walmart in St. Clair & descending down into the valley , we cross a rain swollen stream near Matto Cycle in Pottsville, Pa. & head across the backside of Pottsville, Pa. to feed our faces at Wendy's. |
